CSSEdit

This is a good tool to learn CSS with. It's pretty user-friendly as well.

  1. I've generally found Mac to have superior applications in regards to web development. As a suggestion to Windows users who prefer not to use Dreamweaver, I suggest using the Firefox plugin Firebug. It's great for making edits to your css on the fly while you view a working version of web site. Plus it offers several other useful utilities when working with HTML and JavaScript.
