This is the blog for COM315, a course at Purdue University that works to enhance students' abilities to communicate technical information comprehensively. We work collaboratively to develop projects online and offline and enhance our skillsets.
This is really useful! I'm a big fan of shortcuts, since they can be accessed with just one hand and without any mouse clicks or windows. That streamlining greatly increases the speed at which I can work. It's not just about efficiency for it's own sake, though. Freeing the mouse from having to navigate menus and press buttons allows me to explore more possibilities on the design front. I like possibilities, so when I'm not encumbered by menus breaking my train of thought I can follow my current ideas, update them, and create new ones. It's yet another benefit of parallel processing.
